We work hard to ship your order quickly and accurately. Here’s what to expect:
Processing Time: Most in-stock gear and accessories ship within 3–4 business days.
Carriers: Orders are shipped via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
Firearms: Firearms are not shipped under any circumstances. All firearm purchases must be made in-store and transferred directly after successful completion of required background checks and paperwork.
Other Restricted Items: Certain products, such as ammunition or defensive sprays, may have state or local restrictions. Orders that cannot be legally shipped will be canceled and refunded.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact both the carrier and Rock Hard Survival within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim.
